*Must have completed Initial Evaluation prior to follow up sessions.

Includes 1 Follow Up/Treatment Session, for example, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-ed, patient education, taping, sports-specific training and rehab, customized home exercises, muscle imbalance assessment, injury management & prevention, etc.
