High-Performance Athlete Mentorship
‘I’m here to support your mental and emotional readiness for competition and coach you to enhance your performance and improve your game.’
I know how important it is for your son/daughter to have the right coaching, guidance, and mindset to succeed—not just in rugby, but in life.
That’s why I’ve created a High Performance Mentorship designed specifically for 16-18-year-old athletes aiming to play at the next level.
This program gives your son/daughter:
✅ Professional Rugby Analysis – I break down film and provide expert feedback on their skills, decision-making, and physical gaps (fitness) so he / she knows exactly what to work on at the field and in the gym. As part of our holistic approach to Athlete Development, we can provide Strength & Conditioning Programming via our training app and Nutrition Coaching as needed.
✅ Mental Performance Coaching – Talent alone isn’t enough, especially as you move to the next level. We develop resilience, confidence, and adaptability the Athlete can have the ability to handle setbacks, stay consistent, and play with belief. The mental side of sport, is often, the difference between the good athletes that have good careers - and the GREAT athletes who are at the TOP of their game for years and years.
As a Former Pro Athlete and current Professional Coach (and Dad of 3!), I know firsthand that success comes from both skill and mindset.
I have had my share of setbacks and adversity.
But I found a way to get beyond them and achieve amazing success both on and off the field. My goal is to help your son / daughter develop the essential tools they need to PERFORM, be a great teammate, and love the game—no matter the outcome. When you bring this mindset to any competition on or off the field, you cannot fail.
If you're interested, let’s chat about how I can help your Athlete ‘get better or get beaten’ in 2025 and beyond.

TESTIMONIALS
“Troy’s coaching is exactly what a youth rugby player with aspirations to play at the highest levels needs. He goes beyond just refining skills and effort—he places a strong emphasis on the mental, psychological, and emotional aspects of the game, which are often overlooked in traditional coaching. His approach helps young athletes develop resilience, confidence, and a growth mindset, ensuring they perform at their best both on and off the field. He fosters accountability and self-motivation, encouraging players to embrace challenges and focus on progress rather than perfection. With his thoughtful guidance, personalized feedback, and high standards, Troy creates an environment where young athletes can build the habits, discipline, and mindset necessary to succeed at the highest levels of the sport.”
““Great teams and national squads always have a great amount of talent at any given time; however, it is the character of a man that sets apart the truly great competitors. Troy Hall is one of those elite players, but he is also a man of superior integrity as well. He defines what an athlete should aspire to be - hard working, humble, successful and respected. He was always prepared to play on game day - and succeed. His demeanor is that of a gentleman - soft spoken and liked and respected by all of his teammates and coaches. Troy saved his biggest statements for the field and accepted the accolades with humility. It has been no accident that he has accomplished what he did throughout his life, and continues to give back and inspire.””
““My name is Ben Salem. I first met Coach Troy last year during the premier rugby 7s tournament. I can tell for sure that he’s one of the few people that have impacted my life in a positive way. Working with someone who sees the good in you and believes in you is such a motivating force to keep you going. It has been a wonderful experience being associated with Coach Troy and I can never be grateful enough.””
